Certification Matters
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the world's largest organization of professionally trained coaches and is the coaching industry’s governing body. ICF sets standards, core competencies, and a code of ethics for coaching and coach training schools. ICF credential-holders are elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole.
iPEC - The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, has been an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program since 2002. iPEC is also approved as a Board Certified Coach (BCC) program through the Center for Credentialing and Education—another independent body that sets standards for coach competencies. It’s rare to find a program approved by both bodies, meaning iPEC-trained coaches are among the most thoroughly trained and well-rounded coaches in the world.
Certified Professional Coach. Through iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching methodology, Lisa is equipped to address the root source of their client's blocks, unleash their potential, and create real, sustainable change, so they can not only achieve their goals, but become the most confident, self-reliant, and fulfilled version of themselves.
She is also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. The ELI is an assessment that is unique to iPEC and enables coaches to measure an individual’s underlying energy patterns--their beliefs, fears, and unconscious programming.
As a COR.E Leadership and Transitions Dynamics Specialist, she helps leaders in every walk of life develop a mastery mindset, reclaiming control of their performance, resulting in higher engagement and producing increased success, satisfaction and fulfillment.
