  • Trial Run: Uncovering Core Values & Beliefs

    Get to know other candidates seeking a Team Me small group.

    In the Trial Run, we will explore the role of core values in shaping life purpose; Identify and define personal core values; Explore how core values guide decision-making and goal-setting; Align values with potential life purpose directions.

  • Session 1: Introduction to Life Purpose Exploration

    In Session One, we take an honest look at the different aspects of our life that are in our way. We will decide if they are worth resolving, or if are we better off just letting them go. We will explore which life rules are serving us, and which are nothing more than self-imposed limitations we can release.

  • Session 2: Get Clear. Self-exploration and Reflection

    Identifying significant life experiences and patterns of behavior; accepting our past and reframing the patterns; assessing personal interests and talents; uncovering strengths and passions and exploring their connection to your values; introduction to journaling as a reflective tool

  • Session 3: Connecting Authenticity, Flow & Entrainment

    Exploring roles that bring us joy and fulfillment; Recognizing the relationship between authenticity and flow; Building awareness around the power of the people we spend time with; Using entrainment to create the authentic life experiences you desire

  • Session 4: Enneagram Workshop

    Exploring the Enneagram and your dominant personality type, its characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. We will uncover your subtype, center of intelligence, and more.

  • Session 5: How Good Can It Get?

    We will document your vision, synthesizing your Core Values, desired experiences, your new rules for life, future intentions, gifts, passions, talents and so much more. With your vision documented, we will create a Vision Map so you can see at a glance where you’re heading.

  • Session 6: Fear, Self Sabotage, and Your Success Formula

    Explore your fears and create a plan for managing them; identify where you are at risk for sabotaging your success; create a success formula to ensure you achieve your goals.

  • Session 7: Defining Your Life Purpose and Statement of Intent

    Translate your Vision Map into a clear, concise, inspiring life purpose declaration; play the Level Game so you recognize roadblocks when you encounter them, update your Success Formula with an action plan to persevere and refocus when things get tough.

  • Session 8: Action Planning, Integration & Celebration!

    Present your life purpose statement, your 3 year vision and your 1 year action plan to the group. We will set long and short term goals that will propel you toward a life of passion and purpose, along with a plan for ongoing support from the group. Finally, we will celebrate all that we have accomplished and the deep friendships we have forged, together!

It’s hard to make new friends in midlife. By now you have likely been socializing with the same group of friends and family for decades. But we don’t all develop at the same pace. Our interests change as we mature and it is important to nurture new relationships where your personal evolution is celebrated.

  • Meet at COHatch

    Meetings take place at COHatch Milford, near the Little Miami River and Scenic Trail. Close to all the eastern suburbs including Anderson, Terrace Park, Indian Hill, Loveland, Mariemont Columbia Tusculum and of course, Milford.

  • Stay for lunch or happy hour

    From bistros to breweries, distilleries to gourmet diners, historic Milford boasts some of the best lunch and happy hour spots on the east side of Cincinnati. Find a rooftop restaurant where you can chat, laugh, and watch the kayakers paddle down the LIttle Miami.

  • Enjoy a little retail therapy

    Decompress after all the deep talk with a little retail therapy. Main Street in Old Milford is lined with boutiques, antique shops, art galleries and salons. Pamper yourself on a sunny Saturday afternoon or get a jump on your holiday shopping.

  • Bring your walking shoes

    The Little Miami Trail is just steps away from COHatch. Bring your walking shoes and explore the great outdoors on the well-maintained, paved trails that wind alongside the Little Miami River. Stunning all the time, but especially in the fall when the leaves are changing!

Meet Your Coach, Lisa Bosse, CPC

Mother of a now 24-year old son named Eli, I began exploring my life purpose in 2015 following a divorce, career change, and after serving as a caretaker for my mother and siblings following their life-threatening diagnoses, subsequent organ transplant, and untimely deaths over several years. Hyper-conscious of how precious life is, I spent the next 8 years on a self-discovery journey that led to the formation of a private coaching practice sharing a deeply personal curriculum designed to inspire everyone at life’s crossroads to become everything they are meant to be in this lifetime.
