Team Me Solves Midlife’s Greatest Mystery: Fulfillment

As men and women enter midlife – finding themselves with fewer obligations and more opportunity to pursue their passions (within their career or outside of it) – they often realize that they do not know which direction to go. This is where Team Me small groups can help, connecting individuals who are focused on finding clarity and creating a vision for a life of impact.

People know that they are meant for more. Too often, they just don’t know what that is.

Sometimes, “more” is simply figuring out what comes next following a major transition, like sending that last kid off to college, selling your business or some other career change, finalizing divorce, moving to a new town, etc.

For some, “more” is finding a higher purpose. There is no shortage of things the world needs. Team Me groups help these people tune into what kind of impact they want to make, and what aligns with their core values, natural gifts and interests, to meet the specific “more” they want to address.

Each Team Me small group is carefully curated with no more than eight hand-selected people. Members are committed to creating a life of fulfillment, and supporting their dedicated team members as they do the same. Groups meet monthly to explore what life has uniquely prepared them to do, based on the specific lessons they’ve learned over decades of life.

We Know We Are Ready, We Just Don’t Know What We Are Ready For

Repetition is nature’s way of preparing us for doing something that creates significant impact. Meetings do not dwell in the past, but do challenge members to mine the deeper value in the hardships they have overcome. Often, these hardships lead to repeating cycles of behavior that, once broken, equip us to add unique value to the world. When people align these life lessons with their natural gifts, interests, and values, they are often able to crack the code on that great mystery of midlife – what will fulfill me?

For many, there is something we “haven’t gotten to” in our lives. Too often, we focus exclusively on our spouses, our children, our careers; we put our personal needs off in service of others. When we think about that degree we never finished, or the book we always dreamed of writing, or the great idea we’ve always had for a business or a non-profit – those opportunities are the “more” that we identify, explore, and ultimately, address in group. Along the way, members forge new friendships with other evolving people, ready to reimagine their lives.

Team Me participants subscribe to eight, three-hour group sessions. As part of the package, they receive the Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief; the Enneagram IEQ9 assessment and report; coaching tools and resources; and member portal access. Private coaching sessions are available at reduced subscriber rates.
