Perfect for sibling or spousal partnerships, for parents who employ their children, or in extended family environments where different branches of the family tree make up the ownership or management structure.

Together we will:
Create a vision, plan and success measures for what you want to achieve as a family;
Proactively address any or all of the six threats to family business harmony that present in your family business: conflict avoidance, poor communication, entitlement, lack of accountability, triangulation and assumptions, interpretations and self-limiting beliefs;
Recognize the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how it impacts the group;
Identify the barriers to progress in your business, and develop plans to overcome them as a family;
Understand the needs and values of the individuals involved, and become champions for meeting the needs and honoring the values of your family members;
