The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

1. Your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive and sustainable action.
2. Your involvement and engagement in your roles on the job, and at home.
3. Your energetic reaction to stress so you recognize and modify undesirable reactions.

A 90-minute Zoom meeting with Lisa Bosse to explore your results and discuss the best next steps.
The assessment and debrief is a $199 investment in you. Should you decide to move forward with a coaching contract, the assessment fee is applied to our coaching agreement.
