Virtual Team Me groups are carefully curated to ensure members find their personal “fit.” If you are ready to enroll, that means you have met your group, are ready to get started, and your group has committed to a mutually convenient, recurring meeting date and time (ie: the first Wednesday of every month from 1-4 PM.

Private coaching sessions can be scheduled any time.
